WorldPlay Account Deletion

How to delete your WorldPlay account and associated data.

If you play without signing in (guest)

Guest accounts are device-local: your progress, streaks and settings live on your device and in an anonymous cloud session tied to it. Simply uninstall the app — this removes the local data and will mark your anonymous account for deletion, which will be deleted automatically after 30 days.

If you are signed in with Google

To delete a linked account and all associated cloud data (daily results, streaks, friends list, display name, purchase history), send an email to vieiraconsultancy+accountdeletion@gmail.com from the Google account you use to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my account".

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted:

• Your Firebase Authentication account is removed.
• Your daily results, streaks and friends data are deleted from Firestore.
• Your friend code is unlinked (other players who added you will see a stale entry until they remove it).
• Any purchases made through Google Play remain on your Google Play account (they cannot be deleted by us - see Google Play's refund policy).

What we do not delete

Aggregated, anonymized game statistics that no longer identify you. Crash reports older than 90 days are automatically purged by Firebase Crashlytics.
